All of our services are further customizable based on your needs

  • Translation

This is where we take your original document (also known as the source document) and we translate it, segment by segment, into the deliverable document (also known as the target document).

To do this, we will use bilingual columns and the latest Computer-Aided Translation software, which takes into account document formatting and client terminology glossaries.

  • Proofreading

This step is of paramount importance to the translation process flow and we will never offer translation services without it. 25 years of cumulative experience has taught us that a “fresh pair of eyes” is essential to ensuring the final quality of a document, picking up any instances of missing text, numeric discrepancies, terminological inconsistencies and much more.

  • Quality management

Quality management is a step that follows on from the translation+proofreading process. Quality Management ensures that client-preferred terminology has been used and the final formatting and layout of a document meets requirements

  • Final Eye

This is a spot-check performed by a final pair of eyes to ensure that everything is in order for delivery.

  • Same language editing

Same language editing is used when we are only dealing with one language in a document or set of documents, written by either a non-native speaker of that language or a person who does not feel entirely confident in their writing abilities in that language. A professional editor will read through the document and make stylistic edits, reword syntax and ensure terminological consistency to create a natural and native-level output in that language. This may be used by academics, for example.

Life Sciences - CRO >

Our team at Citrus Translations has worked for over a decade in providing high quality translations to Contract Research Organisations who, in turn, provide their services to some of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.

The consistent work in this one area has allowed us to develop our expertise in industry terminology, which is such an important part of this work.

We have also gained great understanding of how the clinical trials regulatory process works, meaning that we are able to provide that next level of understanding in our translations.

Pasquale is also a qualified Italian lawyer and regularly offers his insights into legal terminology when translating Clinical Trial Agreements, something that over the years has proven to be a real asset for the Contract Research Organisations we have worked for.

We offer our services both to agencies and directly to companies.
